I am a dynamic and results-driven executive with the capability to ideate innovative solutions to complex problems along with developing strategic plans then executing to implementation.

My professional journey includes success in establishing and leading the HR function, transforming organisational culture and driving strategic HR initiatives. I excel in leadership coaching and organisational development ultimately building high-performing, engaged teams.

I have a strong background in supporting organisational restructures and digital transformations, preparing businesses for due diligence with mergers and acquisitions and ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

I hold a Global Executive MBA from The University of Sydney, a program limited to a cohort of 20 per annual intake.
